Shipping policy

Manufacturing times can take from 3 - 9 days to complete
After your order has been made your order will be shipped
with your selected shipping method (standard, expedited, etc.) Some Packages may ship separately depending on where we manufactured the product in. Not all products are manufactured in the same place and each fulfillment is printed to order. Tracking numbers for each item will be emailed to you.

Refund policy

RETURNS:

We do not offer returns on items unless specified. We can help with any store credit or offer a discount. Refunds are only available for lost items. All sales are final this is because we are a drop shipping business and do not carry our own products. Every item is made to order and shipped directly to you from our partners.

REFUNDS:

We do our best to ensure you the best experience possible. If things end up being our fault we will make up for that completely. Refunds will be issued out for any issues, defects, or mistakes caused by Lord of Lords. Issues that were caused by the customer will be handled accordingly and we will do our best to properly help and accommodate you the best way possible.

To be eligible for a refund you must provide images of defects or problem and your order confirmation.

To start a refund, you can contact us at shoplordoflords@gmail.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a refund confirmation email and follow up shortly, as well as instructions on how and where your refund will be sent. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on last call sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to double check your order before purchasing. We are a Print on demand based business meaning everything was made specifically for you as soon as you placed in your order. We will help as much as possible to ensure you get what you ordered.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your order, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
